10×10 unit — $85/mo (100 sq ft)

No. All of our storage units are rented month-to-month — no annual contracts, no long-term commitments. You can stay as long or as short as you need.

• 10×24 (240 sq ft) — 3+ bedroom home, vehicles, business inventory

Yes — our 10×24 unit (240 sq ft) is large enough to accommodate many vehicles, boats, ATVs, and snowmobiles. Contact us to confirm fitment for your specific vehicle.

Yes! Our entire move-in process is online. You can reserve your unit, sign your lease digitally, and complete move-in from your phone or computer — no office visit required.

Remove all your belongings from the unit and notify us via your online account portal or by calling (651) 327-0146. Give us notice before your next billing date to avoid being charged for another month.
